Yoga for employees

Today we are going to talk about the benefits of the Yoga Kriyas of as short as 30 minutes.

When we hear Yoga it seems like a slow curing process, isn't it? While thinking about Yoga a picture appears in our mind that it will be 1 or more hours long exercise session with no immediate effects. Some see Yoga as an Ayurvedic medicine which work very slowly than Allopathic one. But friends trust me Yoga is really very helpful in keeping us healthy in the long term.

Every allopathic medicine has it's own action but reactions too. A medicine doctor or student know it well that when a medicine is give to a diseased they have to decide first that whether there are more benefits of a medicine being given than the side effects.
